FLUXUM for Future

Last summer had some exciting topics in store for us. The Curious2022 – Future Insight Conference took place in Darmstadt in July 2022 – and we also took part. In this newsletter, you can find out what we did there and which “important guest” we met. We also recently helped to remove waste from the Rhine River.

We hope you enjoy reading this newsletter!

FLUXUM Gernsheim a guest at Curious2022

In line with our vision “On the path to a bright future,” we were represented with a stand at the Curious2022 – Future Insight Conference at the Darmstadium in Darmstadt in July. Curious2022 is a unique format for international exchange with decision-makers in the fields of industry and technology. It pursues the objective of developing innovative solutions for the most important challenges of our time.

In addition to the workshop we organized on the topic of “CO2 emissions, the damage they cause and the solutions”, we held many inspiring discussions with people such as Professor Robert Huber, Nobel Prize laureate in chemistry, from the Max Planck-Institute of Biochemistry.

RhineCleanUp2022: Getting involved and doing something good

The Rhine River has a special meaning for us. Not only does it flow right next to our site, it is also part of the FLUXUM logo. No wonder that on September 10, we joined around 80 Merck colleagues to collect and properly dispose of around 600 kilograms of waste on the occasion of RhineCleanUp2022.

In this spirit, I wish you every success and the best of health!
