We would like to inform you that this morning at 08:35a.m., a brief power dip occurred at the Gernsheim site, affecting the entire plant and a large part of its equipment.

As the energy supplier for the Gernsheim site, we source our energy from the upstream grid operator E-Netz Südhessen. The power dip was caused by an external fault originating in a customer network upstream of the E-Netz Südhessen grid. The exact cause has not yet been fully identified by E-Netz Südhessen.

At present, a recurrence is not expected. However, as the root cause has not been conclusively determined, a further power dip cannot be ruled out with absolute certainty. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will keep you informed of any developments.

We kindly ask all site users to check their equipmentfor any potential impact resulting from the power dip.
