On Friday, 13 March 2026, Telekom will perform maintenance on the central telecommunications system at the Gernsheim site from 08:00 to approximately 08:45. Please note the following:

Impacted services

• Incoming external calls to all landline connections at the Gernsheim site will not be possible. This also affects the fire brigade/emergency services number at the Gernsheim site: 06258 12 112.

• Landline numbers operated via Microsoft Teams will not be able to receive or make calls during the maintenance period.

Available functions during maintenance

• Internal calls between landline phones are possible.
  ‍
• Outgoing calls from landline phones to external numbers are possible.

Emergency procedures

If an emergency occurs during the maintenance period, please use a landline phone for outgoing emergency calls or activate the manual fire alarm call points.

Please inform all employees in your departments in a timely manner about the maintenance and the emergency procedures.
