For the fourth time, the project team led by Dr. Stefan Hensler organized the FLUXUM Cup, inviting all employees at the location to lace up their running shoes for a good cause. Regardless of whether you are a walker or a top runner — everyone determined the distance to run.
The special thing about it: It wasn't about time, but about the kilometers traveled, because for every kilometer completed, FLUXUM Gernsheim donates an amount to a charitable organization in the region.
This year, the money raised was used to fund the project “Discovering Children's Rights — Gernsheim Takes Part! “of the Child Protection Association Ried e.V. (based in Gernsheim), which aims to promote and protect children's rights.
Stefan Hensler and Julian Wenzel handed over the donation check to Heidi Rinker, Katharina Gorus and Tim Dzeyk, as representatives of the board.
